Rappa said it's not going to be like a play diary anymore, and events won't necessarily happen the way he played the game for brevity. (Which is why the whole Sendai class plus a few other destroyers just showed up without Kidmiral even realizing...) It's possible he's cutting out failures and "just happening to get lucky his first try" to skip the Naka-chans that get scrapped.
Can someone elaborate as to why the Donkey Kong tag is there? Was it a mistake, or is there a refernece I'm not getting?
I think it's because of the structures of the construction menu because, let's face it, they look very similar to the ones of the first and second stages now that I do a double take and I can't unsee it. Regardless, I think the tag has no place here in the end unless it had something more than a very unintentional nod.
Things are about to get strange. Kidmiral, get ready to lose lots of resources
with as reckless as he is at times, yeah. But the bug that made Kaga and Akagi so infamous was already fixed.
Also getting Kaga isn't too hard, just use 420/420/420/420 (got her in a couple of tries; many more for Souryuu)
Okay then, let's start the construction!Akagi-san?Construction SuccessfulGo!Huh? A Fusou-class?I am the aircraft carrier Kaga.It's a First CarDiv-deesu!Eh, so she's like Akagi!?
