All it took was one loss to a giant bald guy, and now everyone is punking Goku.
Tbqh, the only people who defend Goku are fanboys. Once you start reading into other things besides Dragon Ball, you're convinced Goku and the rest of his franchise would get roflstomped by literally everyone else (i.e. Yuuka, Alucard, Accelerator, Gilgamesh, etc.).
Personally, the only threat I see Mokou posing is that she's essentially another Future!Zamasu situation, at least in terms of defeatability. Without potara or any intention to wrought chaos, there's no real "threat" here.
I'm not a Dragon Ball fan, yet even I know Goku is so powerful even their creators can't kill him (and they tried). That's something you can't say about many franchises.

It's not that he's too powerful it's that he's too popular. Toriyama wanted to leave Goku dead after the cell saga but fans bitched so he brought Goku back and left Gohan a neutered mess :/

Are you serious? Goku is a galaxy buster, he could just blow up the planet and Mokou would suffocate in the vacuum of space for the rest of her immortal life. Not to mention, an immortal can be killed, by destroying every cell in their body, like Zamasu, Buu, and Cell.

I'm a Goku fan and I can't disagree with you any more than I already do. The most I see Goku doing to her is potentially tire her out, at best, until she just recovers again and maybe beat the snot out of him. By the time she recovers though, Goku would probably have his stamina back up all the way too so it wouldn't exactly go anywhere. Keep in mind though, this is the best case scenario for him and I'm downplaying Mokou quite heavily. In his defense though, he was able to keep up somewhat with Future!Zamasu who's SSJB level at the least.
BFR is a pointless feat to state because plenty of Touhou characters have that potential already, and Mokou's immortality supersedes the likes of Buu and Cell. She's immortal in the sense that eliminating her physically does nothing to stop her from coming back from nothingness. You'd need a counter-hax ability like the Mystic Eyes to kill her dead.
You know what though? I'll humor you a bit: Goku isn't that big a jobber in Versus threads. The guy is pretty formidable on his own and he can probably walk out of a fight with the Hulk. Keyword here being "probably." We kinda take everything we see at face value and assume all other universes work the same way while completely ignoring the prospect of Your Magic's No Good Here and the overall physics behaving differently.
It's how characters like Shuma-Gorath and Dormammu are even stronger in their own dimensions than they are of the ones they invade, which supports the idea of different universal laws in the paragraph above. By that application, it justifies characters like Ryu matching Wolverine in a crossover fight and Yu Narukami matching Hyde in a sword fight despite the latter having a hax weapon that would obliterate his existence. By that accord alone, a misplaced Outside-Context Fish-out-of-water character subconsciously follows the "rules" of whatever universe they're in. Of course, no one follows this way of thinking either because it gets overlooked due to relative application, or it's "bad writing" apparently.
Bottom-line is that power-levels are bullshit anyway and we get official crossovers here and there where said power-levels are everywhere, and we are turbo-man-children for giving a shit about who would blink out who.

That was way too much unnecessary information, and you don't need to humor me, because what you said is completely irrelevant. Mokou may be immortal but she's merely in the Dragon Ball league, nothing more, nothing less, not to mention, you completely ignored what I said earlier that Goku can blow up the planet with ease and she would suffocate, but I know you ignore all that because you favor favoritism. Whatever the case, Touhou characters are doomed.

Except for that last line, I understand you. But, in regards to said line; you seem to be forgetting two things: First off, could Mokou be enough of a threat to warrant planetary destruction by GOKU? TBH, if this was someone of dubious intent, like Yukari or Junko, then your statement stands in my opinion. However, that makes up about 8% of the characters in the touhou franchise. The rest either aren't a real threat (80%), or break enough universal laws across dimensions to not ever register Goku on their radar (12%) (you can guess which side I firmly see Mokou on. More importantly, they would never have a real reason to fight seriously. Sure, Goku sparing with them is possible (and hilariously likely :), but it is not like we would have another death battle on our hands anytime soon.
P.S. Funnily enough, if you replace Goku with anyone approaching his level from dbs except Gohan, I have no problem with what you are saying, especially Vegeta (that would be a real tragedy).

Goku can't survive in space. And Mokou doesn't need nutrients to stay alive, what makes you think she needs oxygen? Also lol the last sentence, Gensokyo alone has at least 4 characters that can kill Goku without even touching him.
I like DB as much as anyone else, and the general raw power level is obviously very high, but let's face it, many other series have characters with broken abilities against which just being physically stronger or faster isn't going to help. Dragonball tried doing it from time to time, but apparently in its own universe if you have a higher ki output you are immune for whatevs reason.
