ใใ usu. refers to staring, but this obviously isn't what's going on... I put throb b/c it seems to fit better... God I hate Japanese Onomotopaeia...
Somebody finish tl-ing what she's saying.... I think I got the effects right, but not sure about the words...
This isn't very tsundere at all. The second line, rather than just meaning nothing, indicates more that she refuses to react to it in the expected fashion (probably crying/screaming?). Another way to look at it is that she thinks nothing of it. I suppose a better translation is 'it doesn't bother me at all!'...?

Look more closely - she's turned on and leaking down her thighs. She's being tsundere, all right - in a fashion. She's trying to say that the spanking that she obviously received (Tenshi's commonly depicted as a masochist) doesn't turn her on at all, when all the evidence points to the contrary. I think the translation's fine as it is. Remember, Japanese is more about what's left unsaid.
Haa...<><><>haa....<><><>I-It means nothing, absolutely nothing!T-Too bad for you!E-Even though you're doing this...
