The left side is so unlikely it is almost laughable at the thought. Deku even without meeting All Might was much more towards the ideology of helping others, probably because of his own inadequacy. The only way he could ever go down the route of villain is if not only was he consistently picked on, told he was worthless, AND All Might treated him badly. And I mean BADLY. Like All Might's personality would have to be that of Endeavor's if Deku was to snap fully.
So while the concept is cool, thinking of a Villain version of Deku is actually kind of scary, he would most definitely fill the policeman role. He would look for any way to help everyone, hero or not. That's just the kind of person he is.
Huh, interesting. To be honest, I think it's actually possible. Only if there's an additional scenario in his life story where he's bullied so much that at one time he experienced something that hit him hard.
Like, real hard.
Like, "Sasuke's past" real bad.
Also, the question isn't whether Midoriya have met All Might or not, but "if All Might doesn't exist".

You'd be surprised. Even the calmest most rational people have a breaking point. It just depends on how far you push them till they reach it.
