It's pronounce more like Nii-ga, but it depends on your dialect. I've heard people pronucing it different before, at least in cantonese. Mandarine, uses something else. Nii-gor, Nay-ga, etc. You have to be really pushing it to make it sound like that.
The chinese slang for black people is much worse though, since it literally means "black ghost/monster". Same for white people.

There's a joke that Chinese has the most number of ghost. Everything derogatory is slapped "ghost" on it

Oddly, Chinese games are notable for censoring out any form of undead (especially skeletons) because it goes against their censorship laws against portraying any form of religion the state doesn't expressly permit. (Skeletons are generally changed into skinny, pale dudes.)

That may not necessarily help as dropping the r and pronouncing it "Nigga" is a fairly common variation and just as offensive.

Not as offensive compare to the other, since it's a slang that's been thrown around more often as more colloquial, oppose to being used as hate speech. Although, either way it isn't something you say to people you don't know.
And also, "you" 니가 in Korean is pronounced "Nigga", and there's a gag where a Korean guy is singing a korean song that has a lot of "Nigga" words, and the black guy was chasing the Korean guy if he was about to kill him.
man this sucks, we should judge people on what they MEAN not what they PRONOUNCE stupid modern world, i hate it
I only judge people who bump year-old posts to the top of the comments page.
Did you just call me nigger?Cut it out!That!
I want that!
(coincidentally sounds exactly like "Nigger! Whoa Yo My Nigger" when said in Mandarin)That in Chinese sounds just like nigger in English, it's an offensive word to black people!
That = na ge.
Depending on accent, some may even pronounce it as nei ge, which is even worse in this case.
