Well, I'm not sure what dish that is, specifically, but so far as my experience goes, all you can do is have a bean sprout that sits in a sauce or soup or something that still just tastes like bean sprout when you actually bite into it. It's not like chicken or tofu or broccoli, where it absorbs the sauce and flavor.
