I remember in Indonesia, i ate what they call a "Minas". Which is rice and noodle fried together to create a hybrid fried rice/noodle. It was pretty good.

And Indonesian restaurants in New Zealand call it Minas Tirith if it's piled in levels like in the image, obviously.
Minas, Mie Nasi Goreng, Basically Fried Noodles and Rice.
Actually in near of my college there a small restaurant that sell "minastel", which mean Mie Nasi Telor (Noodles, Rice, and Egg).
And the infamous "internet" (Indomie, Telor, Kornet)....which stands for Indomie(Indonesia's top instant noodle brand, so famous that the locals use "indomie" to refer to instant noodles in general.), egg, and corned beef.
