Given the depiction of the faces, it looks more like a Korean folk painting than nihonga to me. But then again, tbf and tbh, I'm not the expert in these matters so I'll leave that tag as is. I'll be removing ukiyo-e though as it doesn't look like wood block printing (if anyone wants to update wiki entry to include broader definition of "painted" ukiyo-e as well, be my guest).
