I think Alice might be using a lot of wordplay in her second sentence, so I'm not quite sure how to translate it. I THINK Alice is referring to herself when she says 添え膳 - "supplemental meal", maybe in this case it means something like "side chick". Need some help here.
Alice being the "side chick" would be weird, unless the artist was implying the "main girl" was Reimu. I don't think anyone else is higher than Alice on Marisa's shipping charts other than Reimu, and that's still a very big maybe.

Reimu is very definitely this artist's main girl for Marisa.
It's not as big a maybe as you might think. In the recent Best Partners poll, ReiMari got 12,063 points vs MariAli's 4,946. Many of the other top 10 ships are within a few hundred votes of each other, but ReiMari flattened everything else -- they got more votes than 2nd and 3rd combined. So sure, Alice is second on Marisa's shipping chart, but it's a distant second.

No surprise, keeping "Protagonist-Bias" in mind, really. This shows on popularity polls, where people either latch on to a preferred protagonist, or their initial fan-crush, among the list of enemies.

It helps a lot that their relationship in the print works is absolutely adorable as well.

The essence of what she's saying sort of feels like a variation of the phrase "It is shameful for a man to not eat a meal laid out right before him", so you could just translate it as "Don't they say that not eating a meal laid out before you is shameful?" or something to that effect.
I think Alice's second sentence is great enough for this to be added to pool #2961
Marisa, you good-for-nothing, embrace me this instant.Since when have I been a playgirl...*hic*Is it not shameful for a woman to refuse a meal that's been laid out before her?Uh, no... Alice, you're way drunk right now...
