Ah yes, the male mages of the latest voting gauntlet.
The Plegian Dark Mage: Henry Archanean Tome Inheritor: Merric Carrier of a Dragon Brand: Robin Royalty with a Unique Tome: Leo
It's easy to guess who their female counterparts are.
Not really.
I mean, Robin and Tharja are obvious points of comparison, but Leo's obvious counterpart is Takumi, who clearly isn't a female mage. It's only because you arbitrarily pick out some point of similarity that you can match characters, and even then, you aren't matching the obvious Tharja and Robin together... Leo doesn't even come from the same world as any of the other characters in the tourney.

I meant for the gauntlet, which deliberately picked the characters they did to mirror each side as follows:
Robin and Julia are mysterious amnesiacs with the brand of a dragon, and their backstory affect present events. Leo and Sanaki are royalty wielding their own unique tomes. Henry and Tharja are creepy Plegian dark mages. (And also rather popular.) Merric and Linde hail from the original Fire Emblem, both being heritors to a special tome (Excalibur and Aura respectively) that they're associated with in all subsequent appearances.
It's why, among other things, the banners are set up the way they are.
