It's what you see inside of her that is creepy. Knowing that she has been fully corrupted, her original personality gone and replaced by her CCC counterpart's personality, that makes it tragic. Because FGO Kiara was actually a kind person unlike her CCC counterpart who viewed people as human-shaped bugs (except for herself).

Actually FGO Kiara was indeed a kind person but when Zepar gave her the ability to see through to other worlds, she started to embrace the possibilities of herself from other worlds and grew even worse than Zepar had imagined. So she didn't get her personality replaced, but rather she embraced her other selves and willingly became evil. And, she arguably became worse than CCC Kiara because while CCC Kiara desired to save the world through lust, FGO Kiara was the one who wished to save humans but only saw herself has a human.

Her journal entries in FGO reveal that she was disgusted with what her other counterparts were doing and that she was terrified about losing herself, that the corruption was destroying everything she had achieved in her 25 years of life and that she was pleading for someone to kill her to stop this and prevent the evil from coming out.
What Zepar did was lock away her conscience and copy-and-pasted CCC Kiara's personality into FGO Kiara. That eventually corrupted her.
As for CCC Kiara, no she didn't want to save the world through lust. That is actually fanon. CCC Kiara loved humans. The problem is, she considered herself to be the only human and everyone else was a human-shaped bug. In CCC, CCC Kiara wanted to sacrifice the planet and use it to make herself ascend. She had no intention of "saving" anyone except herself because only she, and she alone, was human in her eyes.
The reason for such a mentality was because she was bedridden her entire life, which made her view everything through the lens of her cult and sect of Buddhism. FGO Kiara on the other hand was cured of her disease at 14 so she was able to leave and get a normal life which let her have a different view on humans.

Hmm, I saw the journals in the FGO event story but I thought some of them were from Zepar's perspective, regretting the evil he had unleashed within Kiara?
Though reading Nasu's diary of what happened leading up to the CCC event, Kiara seemed to handle the corruption pretty well. Perhaps it was CCC Kiara's personality getting implanted, and I just got mixed up. So FGO Kiara actually disappeared relatively quickly and was replaced by CCC Kiara's personality... that would explain why she was described as "loving humans but thinking only herself has human." But then how did she know of EMIYA Alter's past if it was just CCC Kiara's personality? I thought she had the ability to see through to all versions of herself in different dimensions.

I believe due to Zepar showing her, and her eventually absorbing him, Kiara was able to see into other parallel timelines.
