It's not like that part's terribly significant, itself.
verbose explanation
Many other artists have Inazuma saying "just nodesu". Also, she's saying "nodesuka" in one, although I truncated out the "ka", since that just turns the sentence into a question. Even in the "before" part, Inazuma says "Inazuma desu" ("I'm Inazuma") instead of "Inazuma nanodesu", for example, but that's just what you expect someone to say, so it doesn't get special note in the translation.
Unlike a lot of other verbal tics, "nanodesu" isn't just sticking random gibberish on the end of a proper sentence, it's actually proper formal grammar, at least in some cases. "Desu" is the sentence-ender of declarative statements, basically being like the verb "is". "Nanodesu" is like saying "it most assuredly is". ("Kuruma wa akai desu" = "The car is red." "Kuruma wa akai nanodesu" = "The car most assuredly is red.") It just gets stretched beyond when any normal Japanese person would say such things with Inazuma, so it's kept in some way in translation to give a hint that they're saying something unusual the way Takanami's "maybe" or Yuudachi's "like" are. (Suiseiseki, meanwhile, is infamous for using "desu" all the time, even when it isn't appropriate, which is why it's highlighted about her speech.)
Inazuma, among many artists, uses "nodesu" or "nodesuka" on several occasions because those are locations where "nanodesu" just don't work in Japanese grammar. Adding a "ka" on the end is a fairly simple "turn the sentence into a question" particle, so it would be hard to avoid slapping it on the end of questions, since ending in "nanodesu" makes things declarative statements, otherwise.
"Nodesu", meanwhile, is "because it is", so if I say "I bought that car because it is red" in Japanese, I can't use "nanodesu", because that would be saying "I bought that car that is assuredly red." Similar to a simple "desu" sentence, in several cases, it's wouldn't even be notable at all, except for the fact that Inazuma restructures her sentences to say "nodesu" an inordinate number of times (because it's "as close as they can get" to her verbal tic).
In other words, she's using "nanodesu" to state things that are, or things she's done. (Like saying that she has congratulations for his posting.) She's using "nodesu" to explain why things will be done the way she tells Admiral to do them in the "after" section.
