I'm playing it on my gaming rig with 1080GTX and the game is running like a dream for me. So many people are currently having issues but as TotalBiscuit mentioned in his "Port Report" video this is one of the best game that Platinum Games ported to PC yet. I mean I don't want to be hypocrite but if you have a good PC setup then I don't think you will encounter any problem running this game on your machine.

I got an RX480, which should be plenty. The issues are less with performance and more with what seems to be general hardware incompatibility - I had to roll back drivers to some ancient version (from 17.3 as most recent and actually recommended in the dev post on Steam, to 16.7 which someone else discovered is the stable one) to make it stop crashing, and in exchange I got weird artefacts (thankfully most are gone by now). I also had the same issue with fullscreen as some described, where the game would render at something silly like 720p or 900p but then scale that to 1080p (creating odd blurriness that also affected the Steam Overlay), whereas windowed it would render 1080p properly, basically forcing me to use Borderless Gaming.
OTOH, (mostly) stable 60FPS at medium detail, or 48-ish on maximum.
