I think the flagger also need to know that Overwatch is not off topic and this post is even drawn in a more anime style.
Well, looking at Efi's face, I see a distinctly Western cartoonist art-style.
Besides, how is Overwatch not off-topic? It's not like Activision Blizzard is an anime studio.

Robot anatomy? That is a very specific flag reason. Especially because robots can be built any way we want to see it.
Just looking at it, it seems like that arm is pivoting perpendicularly to the way the elbow joint is "built" to pivot. If the image were extended further to the left, it seems like the forearm would be "clipping" into the elbow joint. (In fact, looking at the part where you can see "inside" the elbow joint, it seems like you can see it even from here...)

How should it be off-topic? Well, maybe because this copyright shows a lot artistic value mixed with the style of more cartoonish-anime traits. I don't see any problems with Overwatch posts here. But if you want to stay consistent, then I'd suggest to flag these posts, because you know: Off topic. We'll see where this will lead.
EDIT In hindsight this was maybe a bad sentence I've written. I surely didn't want to encourage flagging those images. Was more or less a sarcastic statement that got backfired.
If one OW fanart is deemed off-topic due to it not being manga/anime, then the entire section can come down, along with tons of other games. You open a very precarious can of worms deeming pictures from a game off topic, outside of VNs, CG, etc. All of the Zelda, Fire Emblem, Touhou content can go. And KanColle is just barely staying in based on those parameters with the recent anime adaptations. If the reasoning was simply "not of Japanese origin" that saves a lot of aforementioned Japanese games, which seems to fit with this site's ideology. Simply saying "it's not anime, it needs to go" means dumping a large portion of the site. I'll even acknowledge that this piece has a certain Western influence and thusly is unfit for here, but that's not stated in the flag notes.
Given the angle, her foot looks fine. You wouldn't see most of her foot with how she's sitting. She's essentially in a barstool position with one leg dangling. Imagine the linked image from a top-down angle. You would see the tip of her foot and her knee. Sound familiar? What Efi's right foot is propped on is up for discussion, but I really don't see how it's "disconnected."
Robot anatomy, again, opens a can of worms. You could flag probably half of the robot drawings on here for being "weird anatomy." They're robots, there is no "set" anatomy. If you had mentioned that the arms, in-game, don't move like that then it holds water. Also, have you tried mimicking the pose/wave the robot is doing? It's very simple and anatomically correct, assuming the machine has a forearm/elbow joint that can turn. Honestly, how is the pose in question unlike this image?
Overall this seems like a lazy, uneducated, bullshit flagging. Especially when compared to other works I've seen that haven't been flagged.
