Yeah, if you reject her, if you don't intend to, it's fine I guess?
It just means we now know Kasen's sexual spectrum is a lot more fun than expected, and she's not going to be hiding anything anymore. She's also probably a dom. That's hot.
It was fun to say NO for a while, but let's look at our options here.
Ran is very sexually demanding. Enough that it's potentially a problem.
Koa is literally addictive. Your entire life may begin to revolve around her. That isn't healthy, and moments where she's busy and unable to fuck probably wouldn't be very fun. Love is already an addiction, now magnify those feelings, good and bad.
Kasen is comparatively tame. She can be a bother, but she can be a demon in the sheets, and she means well. She might not take no for an answer sometimes, but at least your own body isn't fighting you.
I find it odd the other two aren't commenting here. All the other appeal images (as of Koa's second) have the two in the background making comments.
I think it's a little sad, but also a little funny. They clearly don't see her as competition.
The other two are literal sex beasts in their own right, and they see each other as competition, but Kasen is the closest thing this group has to a virgin. Having been voluntarily celibate for so long, she's only just come to terms with the fact that she even wants to have sex, and by her own admissions, she's just not very good at it. They seem content to just let her sink her own chances with her own terrible self-appeals, because while the other two's self-appeals seem to be all about what they bring to the table for better or worse, Kasen's basically just amount to "I don't really bring anything to the table..."
...which might explain why the protagonist has such an easy time saying no to her advances. The word "assertive" used here has a few other meanings, one of which is "proactive" or even just "active", in the context of someone taking an active role in something. In other words, she's indirectly saying she's got a pretty face and a nice body, but absolutely no technique, and she needs to be led through the whole process. If the next picture is any indication, she might even have an emotional breakdown if she's made to do something outside of her comfort zone. Outside of that one explosion she had, she's got nothing.
Still, given that the theme here appears to be that everyone's upsides are also their downsides, Kasen still remains competitive by being the least likely to be the last thing you do. The other two are Death By Snu-Snu and Little Miss Rest Of Your Life. Kasen is needy and useless, good for perhaps a cuddle, but little else. Maybe that's a good thing if you want a life and sex isn't that important to you. To Koa and Ran, though, her attempt at competition is laughable. They don't feel the need to do anything but sit there with fake smiles and let her talk herself off a cliff.

Jesus Christ why is this hidden. Take my upvotes.
Self appealUhh.. Umm...I'm not used to being very proactive, but if you're okay with that...
