But seriously... that's the last time I try to make an animated gif... just this took me like a freaking hour. Then again I was using photoshop on a laptop with no mouse then bringing it all into Flash to make the gif, and editing it... uhh well at least I'm not going to make anymore for a while, lol.

Well that's the thing. Sometimes the frames don't work for smoothness, so you have to go back and retake them a few times until you can get them just right. It's not like I took this and just threw it together, I had to work with it a bit.
Plus at the time I didn't have the video files on my computer, so I was screen caping from a streaming site, then pasting the screen into photoshop and having to cut out the part that was the actual video cap, resave it and put it into flash. Fun fun. I now have the video files on my computer, should be easier, haha.
Honestly all you have to do is edit the video to the parts you want, then publish it from a movie maker like WMM or Sony Vegas, after that you can simply go to something like lunapic.com and upload the vid like it was a picture. Their site does the rest.

Actually, there is. If you already have photoshop, put the frames how you want them as layers, then save it as a PSD. Then open the PSD in Animation shop. It will automatically convert each layer into each frame. (found this out wile I was editing game sprites)
