This is an extremely common thing many doujin artists do when drawing something entering a person's sexual organ (or mouth). And rather than going full X-ray vision and seeing all the organs, and thus increasing their work (plus a lot of people find it a turn off to see the rest of the stuff) they draw only the interior of the sexual organ.
Sure, it isn't the most detailed drawing, but calling it bad_anatomy rather than it just being a simplified version of the real thing I feel is an incorrect action.
Thus I will be removing the bad_anatomy tag since it has to do with actual bad anatomy (improper body physiques and so on), and since he only x-rayed the interior of the vagina, and in a simplified way at that, I feel that the tag is inappropriate in this case.
If you feel that my reasoning is wrong in some fashion feel free to re-apply it, but keep in mind that I would like you to give a proper reasoning for it, other than your lack of knowledge about how these kind of x-rays are usually done. I will also add in the x-ray tag so you can see what I am talking about.
Re-adding bad_anatomy based on navel being placed too low. Also, the angle the vulva is drawn at (in the main frame, not the right-side insets) is inconsistent with the angle rest of the torso is drawn at. It looks like it's being viewed from head height down at it (e.g. post #3224091), rather than straight-on or looking 'up' at her from the foot of the bed (e.g. post #4225408).
