Ok, some parts of this were confusing to translate but I am utterly at a loss about why Yukari cares about the etymology of Dracula, unless that word is being used in a way I don't understand. Someone who has a better command of language should feel free to revise...

The historic basis for Dracula is Vlad "Dracul" Tepes, whose title means "dragon".

Everyone know Remilia is a blood sucking demon, probably associate her with bats. But Dracula have the meaning of Dragon. It's possible the answer about Yukari's question about where she got Meiling is because Remilia is a dragon.
The plan, for Yukari, is that she borrowed Meiling from Remilia to help fix a natural problem, the Drake. As payment, the Drake will be Meiling's food to sate her hunger. Remilia want to put it clear that Yukari's bargaining power is lower in this, so Yukari still have unpaid debts.
But if Remilia is also a type of dragon, she might have a part in causing the incident in the first place.
What are you talking about?Hm...?And I think her hunger is sated as well.It seems our contract regarding the... "provision of food" is complete. The one you covered for was my gatekeeper.
This is going to cost you.My, how fearsome.
But I wonder where you could have acquired such a splendid dragon slayer...
Speaking of which, about the etymology of "Dracula"...
