Difficult to tell the exact model without the engine in view, but the cockpit construction and fuselage definitely gives it away as a 109.
Since you can see the Erla Haube canopy, that leaves out the F's and early G's. Since it's still got the shorter tail, that leaves out the K's. Other views showed it lacked the bulges for the 13mm MG's, so that leaves out the G-6. It could be a G-14, but the artist is inconsistent in showing that, with some views having the earlier canopy and late tail while others (like this one) showing a later canopy and earlier tail
