Sorry to tell you Katyusha, but drinking milk won't make you any taller...
While there isn't really anything you can eat or drink to "make you taller," malnutrition will make you shorter. It's why people in centuries past were shorter than people today; their diets were poor and mostly revolved around "empty calories" like bread. Milk has decent nutrition, although one would also need to eat a diverse diet filled with various fruits and vegetables to make sure all the vitamins were covered.
Well, I had a (short) friend who returned back from the USA several centimeters long than even their parents or brothers. There should be something they eat that makes them taller (and with ridiculous allergies like peanuts or peaches, but that's a different topic discussed before).
