Yes, that's a Fletcher. It's a "square bridge" type, modification which started with the USS Brownson, the 41st ship of the class. The only thing that I am not aware of was any of them mounting two sets of searchlights. Originally they had a single set mounted on the rear funnel. When the midships 40mm guns were mounted, that position was taken over by the gun directors for those mounts. The searchlights were then moved up to the front funnel. I would guess that this is artistic license but I could be wrong and there may have been a two pair lights mounting on certain ships
