Their is no official source from the artist him(her)self. And downloading source is not acceptable in Danbooru if its not from the artist. So I just leave the name of his(her) artbook as the source.
Well, it is from ke-ta's C90 release. And this is a scan from the book ke-ta released. So it's no wonder you don't find this pic on the internet (not even exhentai has it to date).

I'm not sure for this, but most of the source I saw is from the pixiv/twitter/blog account of the artist, so naturally I think that the source must be taken from them.

Most of the pictures here are uploaded without the respective artists' consent. However, this doesn't mean that the users here are "stealing" their art, as in the meaning of ripping the artworks off the artists and claim that it was made by themselves, here we need to make sure that the artist is tagged as an acknowledgement of his/her work.

Not necessarily. Normally, it is so, though. But as long there is a notice then everything is ok (there are exceptions).
