In my uneducated opinion it looks like a Madsen MG (note the unusual top loading) with the barrel shroud of a MG34. Could be artist mistake, could be I'm full of kuso.
You are probably right, I just threw out a possibility. I have no knowledge beyond the firearms I own/use. I also didn't realize panel 2 and 3 were the same firearm. I thought panel 3 was a Lahti L-39.

Panel 2 and 3 definitely don't have the same firearm.
I admit I can only identify the Madsen due to the recent Battlefield 1 beta. I am so ready to identify any P-64s though. I see it every day. It goes everywhere I do. Sometimes I dream about it.
You may rely on me more when it comes to P-64s!
K. Just don't go all "G30-chan? I threw that away for you because you have P-64-chan and I, don't you!!" on me.
IRL, are you one of those rare snowflakes that carries actually carries a Makarov? I have to admit, STALKER turned me onto the Makarov with the PB alteration. Although if I had to choose a russian sidearm, I am more of a Tokarev kind of guy.
- The anti-tank gun in panel 3 is most likely the Lahti L-39.
Note: Why is it not the Madsen Machine Gun? It doesn't have the perforated barrel shroud like in the MG 34, nor the huge sled bipods of the Lahti L-39. The magazine of the Madsen is also most definitely smaller than what is depicted in panel 3.
