Kogasauthor will bring the rain wherever he goes. The opposite is true for me, wherever I go, the sun is sure to rise, haven't been hit by a drop of rain in the past 6 months, despite being in country known for an all round terrible weather and another country known for typhoons in the summer. I get the uneasy feeling that something bad will happen soon, so I should probably pair up with him and reach a middle ground.

Sunshine? No, more like a hellfire scorching weather I've had in the past 6 months. You will get wet, but it's not rain, unless you count the sweat dripping off you rain.
Yeah but the view is better when the weather is steady. As someone who tried to visit the Peak when fog surrounded the area...yeah... -_-;
You can ride any of the three things listed here when rains - and you're not going to get much of a view from the streetcar (which is not a double-decker train) or the bus anyways.

OK maybe not from the tram but for the Star Ferry, the view is pretty lovely IMHO when the weather is nice. Although I took some of my best urban landscape photographs from the upper deck of a tram though. :D
I can make it rain anywhere but my power is limited to one day a year: my birthday. It doesn't matter where I choose to spend it, I will get rained on.
The intensity does vary though, anything from a quiet shower to riding out a hurricane.
