I think it's 男のひと. Also, Xの面倒を見る means "to look after X", I think some variant of that is used here.
The commentary says something like "The bewildered babysitter" - Kogasa is babysitting Human Village children according to SoPM.
E: upon further pondering, I think she's saying something along the lines "I'm not sure how to take care of a grown man" in the last two bubbles, and then in post #2403863 someone tries to teach her how :3
