Are you serious about the flaggin because of "odd anatomy"? The "think-thick" torso is a very common thing in many Japanese illustrators. Just look at many of Yoshiyuki Sadamoto's designs of his Evangelion characters, especially Asuka and Rei. You may not like it, but I wouldn't say it's a cause for flagging.
Besides the already mentioned stick torso, there is also the arms, particularly the area around the shoulders to the forearm. It's way too thin compared to the body size, and the way it's drawn connected to the torso looks weird as well.
Well, in any case: I completely agree with BrokenEagle and the flagger. Doesn't look that great. Besides I've also problems with the placement of the left eye (which is open). Looks too far at the left, but that might only be a personal thing about this picture. So yes, I think it's valid to tag this image because of "odd anatomy".
Flaggers must be more specific and direct with the errors, wasting half of the sentence on vague concepts as "Odd Anatomy" "Bad anatomy" "Not art" "Not an High Quality work" just complicate the real topic, and the real motive of the flag/deletion.

Isn't "stick-thin" torso enough? Besides...if the reason isn't "Ecchi", "Hentai", "Loli", I don't see any harm in your named flag reasons.

Half of the sentence is "Odd anatomy", not precise and is vague. I don't care about the other part because is a valid Flag (just that part). But when normally the flaggers uses concepts with non a concrete definition or consensus between the users, they will keep using that and this images will have post and post of what really "Odd" "Art", etc are.
On a practical level it's only putting the post back into the approval queue. People see the word "deletion" and take it way too personally thinking it's some kind of inquisition against them.
I see no "odd anatomy". Just as bimaman said, there are other artists that draw like this. It's called STYLE. I see nothing wrong with the eye aside from being nitpicky. The arm falls under Foreshortening, look it up.

The odd thing is that most of the times third parties get agitated by that red bar above the picture. That means I don't see Doragonn complaining about it. I don't know why that's the case. And then it's most of the time "I don't see reason XY" instead of reasoning.
If there's a red box around it and it wasn't drawn in crayon by a primary school child, if people notice it there will inevitably be arguments in the comments about whether it counts as "in a style" or not.

@bimaman I know this is an old comment, but very well said.
This site will delete almost anything you upload unless you are a paid viewer on this site. If you're a nobody with a witty account, they'll deny, talk shit, and search for anything that they feel is a flaw to them about whatever you try to bring to the table.
I know I probably might get banned for speaking out against them on this site, but at this point I don't even care anymore. I got stuff I need to worry about in my real life, let alone some crummy site.
