There's nowhere for the left leg to go, though - the left thigh is clearly resting on the ground (or whatever it is she's sitting on), and the right thigh is at the exact same height so it's not going under there. The lack of space and the way the yellow thing (sorry, not entirely sure what this is) is drawn means that the leg can't be in between the thighs either.
It's either amputee, or badly drawn, or there's something really weird going on where the leg goes through the background - and still badly drawn, as the angle being such that you can see the bottom of the thigh right up to the end means you wouldn't see the kneecap (which is much more like the covering put on an amputated leg than a kneecap) going underneath the thigh as you do if the leg continued. These things, plus the benefit of the doubt to the artist, combined with those pink things designed specifically to attract attention to that area led to me tagging it as the first of the options.
