Would the heat death of the Universe even kill her?
Technically due to her hourai hax the heat death of the universe would never occur, because the heat generated by her (and the other hourai types) would prevent it. They break thermodynamics just by existing.
However, proton decay (which I don't THINK has been totally discounted yet?) would eventually leave her and the other hourai floating in an endless vacuum of nothingness and quarks (or whatever quarks break down into,) barring some external factor like a big crunch/big bang cycle.

The Heat Death of the Universe doesn't actually imply that the temperature of the Universe will be absolute zero. It just means that the heat in the universe itself cannot be used to do anything useful. It is also implied that the universe is expanding faster and faster which could make things a whole lot more uncomfortable then it already is. The so called "Big Rip" would create something like a reverse event horizon in which our fellow immortals wouldn't even inhabit the universe, they would become their own universe and wouldn't even be able to find each other since the would travel apart faster then the speed of light would allow. Scary stuff.
