Is there typically a lot of content not seen online in books? I bought sakimiya's book, and probably 2/3 to 3/4 had already been posted to pixiv, bit of a disappointment.
It really depends on the author. You'll generally get at least an extra story. For people like Kouji, who post samples, it can be the only way to get s complete story.
Some don't put anything but announcements of pixiv.
Then there's ones who put stuff up on pixiv, but have event only doujin - Shino sold a collected works book (with an extra story) but had a comiket only Abukuma book as an extra - which none of has been posted online, as far as I know. Mo gets about 20-30 extra pages, Yoshitoshi Abe is almost entirely printed only. Pekopeko gets a good amount extra too. Yago-no-ana is mainly printed.
For Kadose Ara, Horus is offline only, and you're getting about 10 pages extra per book.
