It's always been a thing for the Idolmaster series to portray the producer as some faceless lucky guy with all the idols as his (the player's) personal harem. And then there are all those hentai manga and anime with producer's taking advantage of their position or idols sleeping around to earn favors and get the best jobs.
While fine to see in a fictional setting I have to wonder how often something like this actually happens in reality.
I know Japan has a number of child idols but I'd assume they are always watched over by a number people, possibly at least one family member. Not left alone with their producer or some other guy like above.

Well, have you seen how child stars are treated in America? They're generally raised on a diet of Slim Jims and parental abuse.
Any parent that desires fortune and fame by proxy enough to trade their child's emotional well-being and sanity for it probably lost their own share of those things a long time ago.
