Sending up the translator signal on this one. I'm really unsure on the middle section, here. I feel like I missed something really basic, because I don't quite follow the conversation.

サバゲー is short for "survival game", a wasei-eigo term referring to airsoft matches. Some people may even use it for paintball, laser-tagging and the like, but strictly speaking it only refers to airsoft (with BB pellets).

But why would they raid us now, of all times?I suppose so.By the way, everything's gathered up here right, other than Naganami?...hmm?Don't you get that feeling that enemy scouts can just slip right through into the heart of our base?Wow, somehow it feels like we're just meeting up at a bar...
It makes me feel better, but also drains all the tension away.Nothing happened at all before this. Those two are the earnest sort, so they're always involved in activities together...W-Whatchu lookin' at!? It ain't all my fault, ya know!?I mean sure, we did resume operations, but it's not like we did any battles or anyth—ah.True that. Was there a place like this underground?Eh?Someone's bound to sortie anyways, with the base back up runnin' an' all! Both Naganami and Takanami are missing. This naval base has no defensive lines set up, see. Nada, zilch. We smashed up an enemy patrol the other day.Eh? Only Naganami-san?I feel uneasy if she's alone out there...This way.
This waaaay.Something strange!Welp. So Takanami's the only one whose whereabouts are unknown, huh.Isn't it because we resumed operations at this base?Ah, you came.Amazin', innit.
This place would be fun to play airsoft in.
