seeing haruna remeber me about doraemon episode, forgot which one
I don't know about the anime, but I think you're referring to the manga chapter where there's a Halley's comet at 1910 where everyone at that time think it will suck the surrounding air during its fall, so Nobita giving his great-grandfather a lifebuoy so he can use it to breathe.

This is fucking amazing. I never thought I'ld be reminded of my fond childhood series in a random place like this. You just made my day.

Oh God...So many memories.. You dear sir just earned my utmost respect.
Oh my, yes, that chapter. If I remembered it correctly, Gian and Suneo's ancestors bought all the tires in their town to keep its air all to themselves, so Nobita gave his ancestors a rubber float. Man, that brings back memories.
But even now I still wondered; how can they ended up thinking of that conclusion? Mark Twain did died the day after that, IIRC, but I still don't understand what makes them think Halley is dangerous.

There's a wikipedia link on Haruna's notes. It's said that the tail of Halley's comet contains cyanogen which will destroy atmosphere or something. I'm not mastered astronomy so I don't know the details.
But from the chapter explanation itself because it's just that the technology isn't too modern at that time. Maybe it's just like when it's concluded that earth is flat instead of a sphere.

Oh, now I kinda get it. When you're faced with some unknown thing you've never heard before, you would think it's dangerous until you learn more about it. It's gas, and ALL gas are dangerous, so Halley, which leaves gas, is dangerous. I get it.
Yeah, I remembered that chapter. Who's the one Nobita visited, again, his grandpa or his father?

Ugh. Leaving a review before you have actually used the product. There is a certain place in hell for those people.
"I haven't tried it out, so three stars, but I will be sure to make another review once I do! Teehee~"
The worst part is they never come back to leave the actual review anyways.
