I wish someone comes out with an english patch for this. I don't like ero games, but this one seems interesting, so i might as well play it (i hope there's a way to go through it with as less sex scenes as possible, though).

I went onto DLSite and tried to download the demo. There's a lot of hard-to-read kanji thanks to a rough handwriting style, and translation programs can't catch them because they're mostly images, but still...
Looking through the files that are in the game folder, this is a "trainer" or "spreadsheet strategy" type of game, (you have a bunch of stats that go up and down when you make menu choices, and usually a time limit to make certain sets of stats reach certain points before the game ends for different endings,) and it seems like sex is definitely a major part of it. (As in, it's part of the "feeling" that is part of the "teaching" here...)

This is a generally correct assessment although I don't think there are any time limits. You pat her head in order to increase her affection. As that reaches certain points there are events in which you can make a good or a bad choice. The good choice increases her affection the bad choice often does nothing (I think). Also after affection reaches around 100 points you enter into a sexual relationship/become lovers and consensual sex becomes an option. There is also a non-consensual route (I don't know how long it is) if you decide to "touch her" instead of just raising affection points.
This picture refers to an event in the game where you take Sylvie to a restaurant. She looks longingly at some pancakes that some other customers are eating. You can either make her really happy with the pancakes (good choice) or you can get her a sandwich (bad choice).

So basically it's just like genocide run from Undertale. Not only will the world judge you for your obviously wrong choice, but you yourself will hate yourself for being achievement-happy. (or in this case... well... y'know)

its not as obviously wrong in context, since the only clue is some text mentioning her looking at sweets, specifically pancakes.
Considering how passive she is at this stage, its hard to tell until later that you dun goofed, but in retrospect, it becomes more obvious.
Seriously? Can you immediately go to a bad end by just one choice that doesn't seem so bad? Sandwiches aren't that bad...
After some testing (at least on 1.16), sandwiches don't necessarily fix her onto the bad end, but there's not much room otherwise for error. There are some basic things you have to get right (not raping her, full meal, remember to buy new clothes for her at least once), and then there are the other good options:
-Telling her that you won't rape her when she asks (instead of ignoring her) -Letting her do small chores (instead of ignoring her) -Giving her pancakes, yes, instead of sandwiches -Telling her she looks cute in the new clothes (instead of telling her that it's too late to get a refund)
You're allowed, I think, to fuck up on those choices only once in any given playthrough; Two or more will give Sylvie a bad ending. (i.e. I didn't let her do small chores but got the other ones correct, and I still got to nurse her with care; I then ignored her both times but gave her pancakes and Sylvie still died.)

After all the ridiculous and toxic hype Undertale has received, Genocide with no regrets.
