Sure, it's poisonous to everyone, and cup ramen and the Sun are both hot. But gigantic human livers and kidneys can detoxify chocolate fast enough to pretty much never have problems, unless they have it in an IV or something. Theobromine hangs around in a dog's system much longer, so even ignoring the much smaller LD50 there's the potential of a dog thinking chocolate is safe because the first meal didn't kill it, and getting poisoned on the second or third. A couple pockies won't hurt anyone, though.
