Not necessarily. Green is an army color, and those wings are clearly different from a zero. Personally I think this is closest to a Ki-84 but the reppu, Ki-43, Ki-61 and ki-100 are also possibilities.

Late war navy uses green, and the protruding guns on the wings are signs that its from late war. And army planes has square-ish wings. Seriously though, without more details, I also can't say it for sure, but its very likely to a Zero.

I would go with zero by instinct but the artist has already done his musume zero.
