Their lives are already miserable. If she was given the power to completely faceroll the zombie apocalypse, then I don't think it's incorrect. Though it's not incorrect to decline, it's not a right or wrong choice. Being able to save your friends in exchange for your own soul is better than having them all die.

I'd agree if
the white rat's wishes didn't have a habit of backfiring. Though I suppose you could word it extremely well that whatever consequences of the wish would be minimal, but I'm not sure you'd think carefully about those sort of things in a stressful situation and Rii-san here does not look like she is in the best mental state.
Though I'm not sure if that aspect changed with Rebellion since I've only watched the TV series.
