I found this image amusing when I first saw it, but after coming back from my US Foreign Policy class, it was even more funny. I know this is looking into this image too deeply but in Eastern Bloc countries(Such as Russia and Belarus) where transition to capitalism was slow after the end of the Cold War, new realities such as 'customer service' were alien and took a while to develop. This sometimes resulted in employees that came off like this grumpy young lady.

Very fitting. Perhaps the artist actually drew this image with that in mind? Unfortunately the only grumpy girls I have met were just grumpy. Not even a little tsundere. Just pissed.
