However, it is still not indicated who she stole a haku from, but I'm not sure if that warrants an error tag? I only have experience in online Mahjong myself, so I don't know if Mahjong players turn the stolen tile after the "slide" to the corner or before it, or if the order is even particulary important.

Yes, they do turn tile in pons and kans, because it shows the player who threw this tile and has furiten for winning on it. So yes, it is an error, I suppose...

Still not the correct amount of tiles, obviously it's a daiminkan. Or do you think the called tile goes to her hand automatically? /s
