Check the note on the left side. Basically, a powerful mage or demon could control Koakuma is they had her true name. Thus, it's risky for her to use it... which, characteristically of Satou Kibi Koakuma, she doesn't think too hard about that, as she trusts Patchy, and everyone around her by extension.

Six years late, but note clarified.
The grammar construction ならともかく basically means "it's different when* you're a high-class devil like Remi...", but how "different" relies on a lot of implicit context, which could be why the original translation was unclear.
*"If the case is that...", to be more precise.
The other word used here is 高位魔族, "highly-positioned (member of) demonkind", which is generally translated as "archdevil" or "archdemon" or "archfiend". Since these three might also be confusing (because those also imply, well, actual devils, and not just Zun-verse devils which vampires also count as, mostly because "vampire" ends with 鬼), I picked "high-class devil", which has less such implications and also made the allusion to Remilia's epithet ("Scarlet Devil") and her status as a 'technical' devil clearer.
I don't know exactly how Asmodeus/Admodian came into this. Though maybe I do recall seeing some... web dictionaries defining 高位魔族 (高位魔族) as Asmodeus or Asmodian or Belian or something along those lines... a long time ago. Perhaps that was how the term was introduced if a dictionary was consulted (it's not exactly a common word, aside from in fiction. Though the meaning is guessable by its composite kanji). None of the usual web dictionaries still retain this definition though.

So, long-winded explanation aside, TL;DR version is that while Remilia can get away with letting other people know her true name, Koakuma can't, and therefore shouldn't be telling other people hers nilly-willy.

Ah! Master!! Look, I found the book you were talking about!...has certainly changed quite a lot.Keep your voice down... This is a library. And stop calling me "master", it's unpleasant. This library...You're so particular about these things, Ma... Lady Patchouli. How can a demon let just anyone freely call her by her real name? And don't climb up there. You'd be controlled if it was someone else. You should call me by my real name too, not "Koakuma"!Maybe I should try seducing her next time. It's not as though you're a high-class devil like Remi.
