The meat itself is bad...? I wonder if the "weird direction" is the shop's idea of cutting costs, considering that it's using low-quality (and thus likely cheap) cuts.
Which makes its high prices rather uncomfortable, in hindsight. (I wonder if Mizuki was thinking of the situation from post #935766 at the time...)
