It might sound arrogant of me, but I pride myself on never, ever sank any of my ships so far. Well, except for a suicide mission once but I had a repair fairy on so it doesn't really count.
Each and every one of my shipgirls are my precious teammates...even the ones I really hate.

I agree on you there m8. 107 levels, an entire year of service (I retired 2 months ago), and no sinkers. They're more precious to me than resources or buckets spent

Same here. I've never sank any ship and if someday I sank one of my girls I will die with her, they're really important for me
Like hell I'd let her sink. Even if I'm not one of the good admirals, I still am not an idiot. Losing one of the girls equal to denying all my hard work getting, leveling them up and keeping them with me. Why the hell would I let they sink?
It's good to see so many dedicated Admirals. Most of my friends and people I know sink their ships on a daily basis. Well, most of them play for collecting.

Most people tend to accidentally continuing without knowing one of their non-flag is in red. One of my buddies sank his lvl 96 Kaga when he was running 3-2 like usual and didn't pay attention.

Because of my arrogance, Jintsuu was sunk. I thought that Rng was on my side during the extra event with E-2 boss almost dead. My flagship couldn't finish her, so Destroyer Princess killed her. I was careful, but not careful enough apparently. I learned to never trust rng ever again.
Even though she has a replacement, it never was the same to me.
