Being a Goddess means you automatically revoke your right to any meaningful relationship, hence why Palutena's desperate.
That being said, I wonder if Viridi, and the Hylian Goddesses Din, Nayru and Farore feel the same and are just as desperate?
Well, Viridi is a loli, so she can't get involved in serious romance at all without threatening an ESRB issue (there's more than enough fourth-wall breaking for that to be a legitimate in-universe problem). As for Din, Nayru, and Farore, unknown, we've never really seen 'em out of flashbacks - but the fact that the babysitter they left behind when they left, Hylia, felt the need to be incarnated as a mortal to be able to be with her champion is rather telling.

With Viridi, I don't think that's an issue. Take a look at Nowi in Fire Emblem Awakening for example. Nintendo's more than fine with this it seems.
