I've been reading Uzatto's lines in a Brit accent ^^;;
Oi! No! Stoppit! Bad! *bops with rolled up newspaper*
Just as there is no such thing as an 'asian' accent, a 'North American' accent or a 'European' accent there is no such thing as a 'British' accent either. We English share these islands with the Welsh, Scottish, Irish, Manx and the myriad of other islands that make up the union. All of us have different accents, and even within countries the accents vary wildly. For example the cockney accent you are thinking of is specific to a region in the south-east of England, around the London area. Having spent the majority of my life in the north-west of England my own accent is quite different if you want an example, watch an episode of a show called Coronation Street.
The distance between London and my hometown is about 170 miles. Between here and there there are about 5 different regional accents, all of which are distinctly different. Hell, drive 40ish miles west and you reach Liverpool which is as different as night and day to my own accent. Do the same eastwards and you reach Yorkshire which has it's own set of accents. Don't get me started on Geordies...
In short: BAD! BRITISH ACCENT IS NO!
