Wow, Seriously... The guy's maybe having a bad day, yet it is not good reason to play the "Art Connoisseur". The art looks just fine with me. There is not astounding mistakes to point out.
I claim an explanation from the responsible. And, maybe this will make his day brighter, guessing his tastes.

I don't hate the artist, I hate his creations wholeheartedly. And they definitely aren't material to be uploaded by a contributor (above the queue).

"Playing" the "art connoisseur" is a small part of what I'm supposed to do on this site. I wasn't having a particularly bad night, but I admit to tilting slightly because of history repeating itself (to a smaller degree, but...)
I claim an explanation from the responsible.
You people always claim an explanation from the flagging units, never from contributors who upload trash in stacks and don't need to put up a fancy reason to do that. Never have I expected otherwise and I am not surprised about this. As for the... 'explanation', which surely will be ignored by half, called 'not-an-explanation' by the other half: I've straight deleted things that look better than this (none were fished back up and deletions are listed down for a few days) and I was quite tempted to do that in this case either, decided otherwise, to do a thing that basically only puts things into the queue. Nothing less, nothing more. Assuming I'm targeting an artist/uploader is quite a laughable theory, though for some reason several people thought it must be that and genuinely believe. And the reaction of the public is only slightly less so, expected worse. One person going "You sure didn't see bad art" under one of these made me chuckle rather heartily too. Just comparing the things laying about to this shows the random picture's advantage without even needing for a refined taste. Lacking professionalism at flag reasons? Probably. But whatever I'd put up in there, no matter how detailed, someone would always raise a "Oh someone flagged 20 posts of the artist as it goes, must be hating!!". Even more intriguing is that some people think that 'we should ignore that pictures are awful, guy flagged x posts and they should be saved, because they were flagged together!'. I'm just really tired of garbage being thrown onto the site above the fence. And it isn't like the uploader wasn't reluctant to upload these at first.
Lucky for me, I only uploaded the "better" ones from this artist to get the feedback, there are even WORSE stuff up there. Next time I think I upload just one or two from an artist I have doubt of, with the "upload for approval" and everything. If these are deleted, I would get another 20 in my deleted posts record, and that's fine! One of the lesson I got from this incident is that I should be more choosier in the future, and that dupp_akiru needs to practice his art more. Anyway, you should be more "professional" in your reason in the future, avoid more misunderstanding and negative feedback that way. Rather than being vague and being take for an asshole by people who somehow like those posts. I understand what you're doing is for "the greater good", Janitor. Keep up the good work, even when some people might resent you for it.
I've been in this artist's pixiv and it's obvious he has a fetish for oni women. This means large girls with Robert Crumbish proportions, in exuberant poses and/or doing outrageous things.
This should explain most of the bizarre in these pictures, but then again, I also wouldn't upload them here.
I agree with Wypatroszony, though not exactly his method of stating it. At the same time, unless something is drawn in MSPaint by a primary-schooler, flagging almost invariably leads to people complaining and hating (and misusing the appeals system, but that's for another topic), and it does get old.
That's a big part of the reason you see so few flags of mine, and consideration was given to waiting until the posts were old enough to be pushed off any Recent or Subscription page.
Just checked the whole gallery, the only complain I see are stuff like fingers, toes and "proportions". I can't disagree more to all these flags posted since this isn't some kind of monalisa where everything must be perfect size, I'm not the artist but pretty sure his works are to look cartoony, a little deformed for comedy or to look cute.

Anatomy and Perspective
Figure illustrations have always, and will always make up the vast majority of our collection. As a result, we have developed a fussy eye for drawn people. Danbooru is especially picky and can be especially harsh at times when it comes to judging an artist's execution of perspective and anatomy. A good example of how a professional quality illustration quickly falls under Danbooru's ultra-sensitive anatomy checker is post #190107.
Generally Accepted
Illustrations demonstrating correct execution of anatomy AND perspective. This is extremely important!
Danbooru loves good anatomy and perspective. Pools have been created to celebrate excellence in illustrative anatomy:
Sometimes an illustration with some touchy issues but otherwise good anatomy shows up on Danbooru. Moderators debate to no end while these illustrations fall into the fires of deletion.
High quality illustrations marred by glaring anatomical errors.
Such images still stand a high chance of being rejected.
High quality illustrations with mostly good anatomy, but feature grotesquely exaggerated breasts and genitals.
Generally Rejected
Images showing poor execution of human anatomy. Danbooru moderators are known to be repulsive of 'horrors' like poorly drawn hands and feet, disproportionate breasts, uneven eyes and deformed heads.
