That's everything, read the last page if you don't understand the story. Here is my take of it, Seija and Shinmyoumaru are both weak, but while Shinmyoumaru accepts it and uses it as an excuse to not go any further, Seija is trying to become strong. Regardless of the result, Seija's action had earned the respect of the other strong people in Gensokyo, but seeing this and feeling the pressure from Seija, Shinmyoumaru began having complicated feeling towards her. She feel attachment to Seija since they are former companions and are both weak, yet, she couldn't stand watching Seija trying to become strong, she wants her to fail yet also don't want her to be hurt during the failure.
What a complicated yet bro-like relationship these two have. This is really interesting take on the story from this artist and I think I am loving Seija's rebel side more and more. Thanks for the translation and hard work!

I don't think that's quite right, or at least, not the whole story.
As Sukuna said, Seija is a liar.
Seija, as I read into it, is a truly tragic character, as she is completely incapable of rest, happiness, or lasting friendship. She reacts with glee to the anger and hatred directed to her, and yet, she becomes angry and disgusted when Sukuna tries to stop her from her self-destructive crusade - both of which are the "opposites" of what they should be.
When asked why she is doing what she is doing, her nature prevents her from telling the truth, so she says that she's only doing what she is doing because she is an amanojaku. Seija is trying to overthrow the strong of Gensokyo, and make the weak the strong because her friend is weak, even if doing so costs her that friendship. It's recognizing this that causes so much heartache to Sukuna, here.
The perversity of her nature means that she's cursed to always hurt the people she likes, and revel in the hatred she instills.

At the moment the afterword is deleted so I'll add in Chado's thoughts on the mater...
Chado said: A long time ago, in gensokyo where the power balance is unchanging, "Because I'm an amanojaku" so she would say she wants the weak to rise against the strong and put it in to action, Seija's way of survival had always made her alone. Even though the amanojaku place themselves in the side of the weak yet they want to reverse all of this, I want to believe that this desire didn't come from the nature of amanojaku but from her initiative to become strong. On the other hand, even though Shinmyoumaru, who is both weak in power and heart, feels pressure from Seija, she couldn't do anything about it, wishing that one day Seija would have a chance to realize what she is, this way perhaps these two could become true friends of each other. It feels like the relationship within a sports manga between the rebel main character and the frustrated team mate.
