I do admit that's the commander's cupola of the Pz. III/IV, but only because it was the main type of cupola they used for both the Pz. III and Pz. IV. They even had that type of cupola on some captured tanks (KVs, T-34s, etc).
They didn't use any other type of commander's cupola until the Panther and Tiger went into production, so it's really difficult to tell which tank this is at this angle.

Due to the slightly visible turret basket I assume this to be the Panzer IV "Afrika Special", AKA, the Panzer IV F2/G.
