Everything sounds SEXY about Flandre having a suntan!!
oh yes! totally agree! The idea of her trying to get a suntan is just amazing:
Without telling her sister (because Remilia can be such a square), she goes to a beach and waits for the sunrise. Then she goes to the changing room, and get outside to greet the sun and then... sigh, just imagine... her beautiful skin, under the sun... wearing a sexy bikini... maybe topless ♡!... and then of course, her horrible, horrible screams as she dies because she is a freaking vampire under the sun!

Everything sounds sexy, indeed :P
... Who wants to be the one to tell him that the Scarlets are daywalkers?

If you mean that like they're completely immune to sunlight, then not quite. Most of Remilia's appearance do have her with a parasol for a reason.
Valentine is correct - sunlight does damage them, though it's not as lethal as suggested (in fact, it's not lethal at all but I'll get into that in a second). If we take note of the fact that Heida no Akyuu stated that Remilia can "recover any lost residue", and combine this with the fact that in SSiB we see Remilia get partially exposed to direct sunlight - where it does burn her and there is smoke, but it doesn't seem to do much else - suggests that this evaporation process is either not instantaneous, or Remilia's natural regeneration is fast enough to almost entirely overcome it. In addition to this, even if it were to complete disintegrate her, due to her very nature as a youkai this still isn't lethal as she can actually regenerate herself from that state.
Nonetheless, it's still likely a very uncomfortable experience, given her notable aversion to sunlight (and as of CDS, we know that Flandre likes daylight even less than Remilia does), and add the fact that while these are Remilia's confirmed capabilities, we do not actually know if Flandre possesses the same level of tenacity - she most likely does, but it's best not to make assumptions - then yes, it's highly unlikely this would be a recreational activity Flandre would participate in. Would it kill her? Well, no. But it wouldn't be fun or relaxing, and they can hardly be called proper daywalkers.
