I still don't get why testing the living shit out of a tank prototype involves it going over bumps and obstacles (and wasn't those sandbags supposed to be squashed by the thing?).

Tanks were first designed to deal with trenches in WW1, so it makes quite bit of sense to test that tank can actually maneuver around and over trenches.
