When you think about it, this looks like a fairy in her natural habitat... So the dress wouldn't really fit unless they're civilized. Plus, they don't leave children, so one must question if they even have genitals or nipples, which I mentioned in a comment on post #1486268 a while back. Look at the orbs/spirits in Atelier Iris 3, for example, versus the recurring series fairies. I'd find a video but that'll take forever... EDIT: Found one: http://youtu.be/K5tMDj7XL0w?t=5m36s

Of course they are "civilized", or at least to a certain extent. Many fairies would go to the village if they wanted to, and they probably know that humans would not take very well random nude girls (or girl-shaped-creatures) running around like it was nothing, and dressing-undressing all the time would be a big pain. Another reason is that clothes protect from cold and annoying things like getting scrathed with literally anything (especially in a forest where there are rocks, branches and other shit that just waits to hurt someone). As for genitals and nipples, they may have them, just like they have digestive systems and eat like humans but don't need to do it at all.
