Oddly enough, this pairing supports both Itsuki/Kyon and Mikuru/Kyon, just not with the actual individuals. Hunh, will wonders never cease.

That was, of course, the joke here. I was just wondering if translating omae as "Babe" in one place and "Bub" in another was similar enough to get the meaning across that Kyonta addresses Miki the same way Kyon addresses Koizumi, and vice versa.
